Today we started the 2015 harvest. We started picking the Sangiovese grapes we will use to produce our Rosé.
The weather continues to be sunny, with high temperatures around 93°F (34°C) during the night and lows at night dropping to 60-65°F (16-18°C). With this weather, the ripening of our Sangiovese for Rosso and Brunello di Montalcino is continuing very well, but we will need some more time before we start harvesting it.
