This year, aided by the early heat, the vines are more developed versus prior years. For the few days, it will be hot, with highs reaching 30-32°C (87°F-88°F) and lows stable at around 16°C (61°F) with a good gap between day and night temperatures.
In the vineyards we have started thinning the grapes (see photo of diradamento): with this operation we lighten the load of grapes for each vine, to ensure higher quality for the grapes left which will ripen. This also ensures quality or the wine that will be produced from those grapes.
